#StrongerTogether

Lufthansa, Fraport, and CENTOGENE have partnered to offer Coronavirus testing at Frankfurt Airport (FRA) via a Test Center in the immediate vicinity. The CENTOGENE Test Center offers an RT-PCR test (Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction Test) as well as a rapid antigen test, which detects whether there is an acute infection with the virus, and thus the risk of infecting other people they come in contact with. The detection is carried out by means of a throat swab for the PCR test and by nasal or throat swab for the antigen test.

Monday – Sunday
6 a.m. – 8 p.m. (CEST)

For Antigen Tests

Monday – Sunday
6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (CEST)

Please note that the rising demand at the test centers could lead to short-term changes of scheduled opening hours, and the range of testing options could be limited. Our test centers are bound by local conditions and requirements, and we apologize if we are currently unable to accommodate your request for testing. If you have already purchased a test, you can get tested on a different day or at a nearby test center. If you wish to cancel your current order, you can do so directly via the CENTOGENE Corona Test Portal, with the option to purchase a new one at a later date.

Where Can I Get Tested?

The CENTOGENE Test Center is centrally located at Frankfurt Airport (FRA) between Terminal 1 and the national long-distance railway station (ICE station). The center is outside the transit area, so you need to have the necessary visa or residence permit to pass the security and immigration check point to take a COVID-19 test at the CENTOGENE Test Center.

How to reach the CENTOGENE Test Center

After leaving the security checkpoint, take the escalators up between Terminals A and B, and cross the footbridge in the direction of the long-distance train station. Once you have arrived in the other building, you will find the Test Center on the right-hand side as you head towards the long-distance train station, which is located in the Squaire.

Take the escalators up, and follow the signs to the terminals. Go approx. 70m to reach the Test Center, located on the left-hand side of the conveyors.

Follow the signs in the direction of the long-distance train station. You will find the Test Center at the crossing to the Squaire on the right-hand side.
